The machine is fine; but the coffee you got is not espresso. 10 sec extraction is much too short.

@pwesolek i can’t understand what you’re saying. It’s espresso. You don’t need time but pressure, that’s the key. I’m italian, trust me.

@Enrichman, well, then everything people — the one I trust — say on e.g. home-barista webpage is rubbish then… see about “Golden Rule” on home-barista or on pages of Instituto Nazionale Espresso Italiano.

I’m not saying the 10 sec. coffee is not good. I’m just saying it’s risky to call it a tasteful espresso.

@pwesolek i understand, and after seen the pages of the INEI I’m so curious to taste a “real” espresso.. this month there will be like the annual convention of the espresso! Hope to see it.
